Just what I get for thinkin'

I thought that I would have a day of doing nothing today. I took a shower and put clean pajamas on--my kind of day. Then, out of nowhere, Clint decides that he is going to clean out the closet. Yes, I admit it needed it, but I just didn't want to do it today. Nevertheless, I have a newly cleaned out walk-in closet in my bedroom. I got rid of some clothes that I haven't worn in a while; Clint did the same. I didn't get much sewing done today, but I'll make up later, I guess.

The stomach bug needs exterminating at my house!

Jonah was sick Tuesday night (all night)! I stayed home with him yesterday. I actually got some sewing done. I'll post tonight. I made my children's valentine shirts which they are sporting at school today and a cute bday shirt and sippy cup for a friend. I hope that all the clorox I used at my house keeps the bug from spreading. I don't want anyone else at my house sick. Jonah was pitiful. He is much better now, though. God is so good!

Great day for stitching

Rain, rain, go away! Our whole front yard is under water. Been sewing all morning. I wouldn't even have had a bath yet if it wasn't for having to go to a birthday party. Got to go get ready now. I added some new things today. Hope you like. Travel mug and towel set both will make great gift ideas.

Added New Designs

I added some new designs and will try to add more every few days. Check out the designs you can have at the design links I added. I ask that you buy anything I don't have. I charge a dollar per 1000 stitiches and round up. If a design has 4,799 stitches, it will cost you $5. Also, pick out a shirt at Jiffy Shirts. I charge only 10% for ordering charges to help cover shipping. I will wait until I have several orders to order, so you may want to get together with a few friends. Please share my blog. I would love the business!

Great Day in the Lord!

Clint and I had taught children's church this morning at WCBC! Fifteen kids! All was good. We taught them about mercy (no, we didn't make them beg for it). We used the parable of the merciful king and the selfish servant (Matthew 18:23-35). It is a wonderful story that symbolized God's unselfish mercy upon us with the giving of his son Jesus. Read the story and thank God for your salvation! If you aren't saved, talk with someone about how to get saved. God is so good!

Sewing Today

This morning I went with the church to help with a children's church outing. I needed to stay home and get some work done, but fun is okay sometimes, I guess. Since I got home, I've been stitching at the machine. Had a lots to get finished for people. God is so good to supply me the business. I am so excited about the possibility of a home stitching business.
